Minti Markets ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our copy-trading optimization platform. By using the Service, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
A. Account Information
We collect your email address when you register for the Service. This is used for authentication (magic link login) and transactional updates regarding your account.
B. Wallet & Blockchain Identifiers
To enable automated trade mirroring, we store your public Polygon wallet address.
Important Security Note: We do not store or log private keys. For configured automated trading, an embedded owner key is reconstructed transiently inside the isolated backend signer, verified against your stored public owner address, and discarded after signing. If you explicitly choose Export private key, Web3Auth returns it to your browser for a short-lived, masked display; that exported value is not sent to our backend or persisted by Minti. Copying places it in your device clipboard, which is outside our control.
C. Copy Configuration & Performance Metrics
We collect your custom copy limits, trade allocations, target traders followed, active rules status, and execution logs to run the automated trade mirroring system. We also track historical P&L of positions copied through the platform to show your portfolio statistics.
D. Aggregated Blockchain Activity
We aggregate publicly available data from the Polygon blockchain and Polymarket’s public APIs (such as transaction hashes, trade timestamps, and filled orders) to build leadership boards and display public trader profiles.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your data strictly to operate, maintain, and optimize the Minti Markets platform:
- Managing your account authentication session.
- Monitoring target wallets in real-time to trigger automated orders according to your specific rules.
- Calculating portfolio analytics, cost attributions, and leaderboard scores.
- Sending transactional emails, security updates, and critical system alerts.
- Preventing systemic abuse, fraudulent activities, or terms violations.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We integrate with trusted third-party providers to deliver our core features. These include:
- Web3Auth by MetaMask: Non-custodial key recovery and wallet infrastructure.
- Polymarket: Central limit order book API and prediction contracts.
- Supabase: Secure database storage and session authentication.
- Resend: Delivery of transactional account emails and magic links.
5. Data Security
We implement strict industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including end-to-end encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted database storage. However, please be aware that no internet transmission or smart contract interaction is completely secure. We urge you to secure the email address associated with your login magic links using strong passwords and multi-factor authentication.
6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Regardless of your residency, Minti Markets honors requests to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your account data. Note that database deletion will remove your profile records and configurations from our servers, but cannot erase public, immutable ledger entries already recorded on the Polygon blockchain.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use secure, functional cookies to persist your login session and store dashboard preferences (such as dark mode toggles or table filters). We do not run third-party tracking scripts or advertising pixel networks that compromise your privacy.
